Serrated Multi-Span Greenhouse

As the name suggests, the Serrated greenhouse  is a greenhouse with the top structure arranged like a Serrated .

1. Serrated greenhouse structure

The Serrated skeleton structure consists of a column, a beam, a zigzag column, a zigzag half arc and a zigzag brace. The height of the sawtooth in the sawtooth greenhouse is determined according to the span of its individual sawtooth, which is at least 1.5 meters high.

2. Advantages of zigzag structure

The vertical windows on the vertical part of the greenhouse roof are located at the high point of the greenhouse. The indoor hot air rises and exchanges with outdoor air through the vertical windows. The zigzag greenhouse can achieve a good natural ventilation effect. After using a sawtooth roof greenhouse, due to the smooth natural convection formed by the sawtooth openings and the air inlets on the walls around the greenhouse, as long as a certain gap is left between the sunshade nets, the indoor hot air will be quickly discharged to the outside, reducing the indoor temperature.

In areas with hot summers and frequent rains in the south, the vents on the sawtooth top facade are not affected by rainfall and do not need to be closed. This is also the difference between the rounded top and the greater ventilation.
